Community ManagerHey, Try removing and adding the controller from the device manager. Restart the PC and test again. In case of any further issues, disconnect any other USB devices.
Also, applying a gamepad template in Steam's desktop configuration for controller settings may also help if it's incorrectly detected: Steam Settings Controller Desktop configuration Browse configs Templates Gamepad Apply
im using a 3rd party controller, maybe thats why its happening, i ordered a xbox certified controller, maybe that will resolve the issue
