Crash - Force Close in Manager Career Mode when click Advance Day in PC

I got force close every time trying to go to advance day for next match day in my Manager Career Mode. I played it in PC game. I think this bugs also happened in another game console. Please fix it immediately, because I also check there are some similar issues reported. 

We have played for manager or player career for a long time but now if we need to play it from beginning again, I think it's not satisfied for us.
