Crazy input delay, both in matches and on menus

Playing on a very good PC (4090, 9800X3D, 64GB DDR5 Memory etc) I am constantly having the game get crazy input delay, even when I'm on the menus. I've completely uninstalled and reinstalled the game, I've updated all my drivers, I've tried on controller and mouse and keyboard. Nothing seems to fix the issue.
