I bought the Premium Pass at the start of this season (the one with FUTTIES Ginola and VVD), and I just hit level 20.
According to EA, you’re supposed to get 10,000 SP at level 20 if you have Premium — which is basically 10 free levels — but I didn’t get anything.
I contacted support, they said it’s a known issue and that the dev team is working on it, but the season ends in less than 10 days.
I was planning to grind once I got the 10 levels, but now I don’t even know if I’ll be able to reach level 40 without it.
This is something I paid for and it kinda messes everything up if I don’t get it in time.
Just want to know if this is gonna be fixed before the season ends or not. Anyone else dealing with the same thing?

FallGymnast6992 As far as I know, 10000 SP at level 20 was part of season 7.
As of today, FUT into Season 9: Futties (the one with FUTTIES Ginola and VVD at level 40). There is no 10000 SP at level 20. Refer image below for level 20 rewards.
Only free 4000 SP is available at level 6 and level 26 of the premium pass.
Please go to Season Track and check all levels again. You might be referring to old videos or tutorials somewhere.
