Didn't get rewards from FC Season Pass

Hi,

I was playing on PS 5 and I was about to claim rewards for levels 34, and 35
- 1 of 4 88+ pick
- Tradeable 86+ x2 pack
- 85+ x10 pack
- Chiesa


On PS5 I couldn't claim the the rewards for level 34. I did claim for 35 though

I now opened EA FC 25 Web app, and it shows as already claimed, but I did not actually claim the 88+ pick (free) and tradeable 86+ x2 pack (paid pass)

Can you please look into this?

    Thanks for reporting this issue. Our team will look into this. Please also restart your game and then check again for your packs and new items.

    I got same problem, didn’t come the option to take lisando and van de beek. 

    I claimed all rewards together
