Didn't receive 2000SP as Club Member

Hi.  I have tried all the suggested methods and still nothing. Xbox - PaulWheats

I didn't receive the 2000sp and have played both games from launch as used the 10hr trial with EA play.

I’m aware of that I need to be an FC Club Member which I am. I already try to access to my FC Hub but nothing pops out. My PSN ID is jpwok. I would rlly appreciate you guys solving this problem.

these 2,000SP are an exclusive reward only for FC 25 Club members. That means, you would have to have played FC 24 before September 27, 2024 and FC 25 before November 1, 2024.

Additionally, please make sure to access the FC Hub in game directly from your PC/console and then the SP should show up. If they still don't, please let me know here with your EA ID/PSN ID/Xbox Gamertag.

Same as me bro i dont have the 2000 xp

I’m a club member of the game and I didn’t receive my 2000sp on my account. This would be the second time that I don’t receive a reward that I’m supposed to have… 

I am an club member and I don't recieve the 2000 XP for the pass please ea can you give  me the XP thanks so much

As far as I understand, 2000 SP is given out to club members only.
