This happened on a Switch 1.
Last week (on the 20th of July) I followed the ad that you are currently showing when the game gets started, that advertises to pre-order EA FC 26 Standard or Ultimate Team Edition.
I chose the Ultimate Team Edition and went to the Nintendo Shop to buy it. For the record one of my major motivations to pre-order the game so early is the fact that I want the Early Bird Shoot out Evo.
After I bought the pre-order I received a confirmation email. And afterwards I was checking whether I already received the Early Bird Shoot Evo in EA FC 25 or not.
Yesterday (after 1 week of waiting) I started to worry that something went wrong (again!). So I contacted EA Help and the "friendly" and "SUPPORTIVE" people there told me, that my order does not exist on the EA side. I doublechecked my confirmation email and discovered that the email did not contain any order number.
The EA Help stuff told me to contact Nintendo. Which I did immediately. I also asked them, that they should contact Nintendo as well, since they have better means to explain and investigate the problem (since two parties are involved in the problem) and since I am surely not the only facing that problem. They refused to "help" me and investigate the problem with Nintendo. They located the responsibility entirely with Nintendo.
So here I am again. Yet with another EA FC problem. Nintendo has not reacted in anyway so far. EA believes the situation is not their problem (Which I find outrageous!! How can one advertise a pre-order campaign and not feel responsible for the incoming business?!). And the Evo-Combo I wanted to build runs out in a couple of days.
Does anybody else has the same problem? Does anybody have any idea what to do?
