EA just don't care

hello guys I'm just wondering why EA don't care about gen8 players its been about 5 days that we can't get to connect to the servers and seems like EA don't wanna fix it anytime soon!! we are humans too just caus we can't buy a gen9 device it doesn't mean that you should abandon us !! pls just fix it!!
