Ea Play Pro Rewards Pack not Redeemable

So I will update about my case here

I had ea play and played the 10 hour trial while ingame within the last 5 minutes of the trial i upgraded to ea play pro i was then kicked out went back into the game and saw my rewards in the store 3 packs in total just look at the screenshots.

The problem is now when I want to open the Packs i get the error: Sorry but this pack is no longer available due to being refunded when pressing ok the packs name changes like you see in the screenshot then if i open the pack again it says: This Pack is no longer available. Please visit the store to preview antother one. And then the pack is gone! this happens to all 3 reward packs i got then if i log out of ultimate team and go back into it all 3 packs are back with the same problem/error/bug.

I think since i was in the 10 hour trial while upgrading to ea play pro the game kicked me out and now is stuck thinking it got refunded and therefore i wouldnt be eligable for the rewards.

I messaged ea support and they forwareded it to the tech department I will update if the will get me my packs and remove those bugged packs from my account!
