EA Shield Cup fc25

I won the ea shield a total of 3 time...the 2nd time i won it didn't record it on my record. The third time i won 2 seconds right after the 91+ minutes finished with me winning it gave me an error code. It sent me back to semi finals. I restarted the game twice logged into my ea account via my phone and all of a sudden when i went into the EA Shield cup it gave me my victory. Now it reads a total of 2 EA Shield cups instead of reading 3 cups. Can you figure out whats going on, i believe its a bug because i have great internet signal. Can you get fc 25 to make my record as 3 time champion for EA Shield cup.
