I opened a tradable Mega Pack, within the pack I got a gold players pack to claim. Everytime I press “A” to claim the pack I get the message we all know and hate “There was a problem connecting…”. Now I am unable to open any of my division rivals rewards and any other packs.
I tried logging in on the web app and everytime I try to claim it, it boots me from the app.
