the screen is completely freezing as soon as I enter ultimate team mode
the screen gets completely blocked as soon as I enter ultimate team mode (as in the picture) but everything else in the game works normally we tried to uninstall and reinstall the game but nothing, we tried 'repairing corrupted data' and then downloading the data but nothing, removing and re-adding the game but nothing, we asked at the game shop but they don't know how to fix it. id : egy77I can't add a player to the squad
I did SBC where I get Antonie Griezmann and now I see him in a club but I can't add him to active squad, the button is not responding. I also add him by the replacement player from the active squad but there Griezmann is no available, is not accessible on the list of players.Career mode bug that prevents progression
Since TU21, the player career mode has been crashing when changing dates. It always crashes on the same date, making it impossible to progress. The platform is PC. August 21st (2 files), December 17th (1 file). Troubleshooting: 1. Reinstall the EA app and the game itself. 2. Downgrade the graphics card driver (RTX5070ti). 3. Delete any save data other than those listed above. I deleted any save data created before TU21, so I haven't been able to test it. This is the exact same situation as the link above, so I'm not including any attachments. Career mode is everything to me. EA, please respond.I have been sabotaged by EA's bugs and issues.
Over the past 3 months I have been playing much more FC25, and have also been spending money which makes this situation all the more disappointing. During competitions like Fut Champs and Rivals, I have suffered from multiple different bugs, issues and problems with EA servers. I think that I need some compensation rewards or something as this has been happening for a while and I need something in return. Out of the bugs I have had these things happen to me: My goalkeeper will not catch the ball and will then proceed to kick the ball into the goal causing me to conceed and lose matches. My AI defenders have been bugging out and having a mind of their own and in some instances they will foul the opponents AI and then cause red cards and penalties which you can imagine is terrible. I will be running using a defender and the opponent will be attacking, and I will run into the player to get the ball, but it will cause a foul when I am just running to the player and not pressing any buttons, then in most cases it will cause a red card an easy free kick. There are more bugs but let's get into the issues. Issues: I have been coming across lot's of hackers which is just not acceptable. These hackers will give themselves free kicks, penalties, freeze my players, give themselves goals and even in some instances kick me out of the match. I think that EA needs to get a grip and fix this. Another thing that I have come across MULTIPLE times is EA not keeping their servers in order. Whilst playing matches in FUT Champs etc. the servers will kick me out of the game because of too many people playing the game. Don't you think that EA would've fixed this if they want more people playing their game? This issue dumfounded me! One last issue is that the game will freeze in the middle of matches and then will speed up to catch back up with match progress. This is a very strange bug and I have done multiple things to stop it. I have cleaned my XBox and taken it apart and made it spotless, I have also replaced the thermal paste to make sure that it isn't an overheating issue. I also went an bought an ethernet cable to make my connection secure but none of this has helped! This has been a major sabotage to my gameplay. An unrelated issue is my pack luck. Now, I know that EA tells you that it is completely random but either I have the worst luck in the world or something is against me in my SBC's. I have opened over 2000 packs including over 500 85+x10's and over 600 89 Exchanges and have only packed 2 99 rated players. I am losing it here as everyone I know has opened less packs and some even have 99 rated squads and I only have 2 99 rated *packed* players. What am I doing wrong? Should I keep on opening packs and hope my luck turns? Now, I think that after spending money, being a loyal patron and spending over 20 days of playing time on the game, I should get some compensation. I have chatted with EA help and support and THEY told me to take it to EA forums to make sure that EA sees my complaint and takes action and I am hoping very much that they do. I think that I deserve rewards from all of the champions weekends that I have been sabotaged on. Now, I am not asking for every single week to be recovered. But I am asking for some good rewards on my account in return for this. It has even affected my mental state when playing the game it has been going on too long! I think Rank 1 rewards are fair as this has been going on for months! I think I have said enough and action should be taken by EA Sports. Please help me this is a big issue for me. Thank You. The navigation between tasks is sooooooo slowwwwww… completing sbcs first time is almost impossible coz you before ive instructed search it’s crashed 🤬 im having to exit game mode and restart every time… if im lucky enough to insert all the players it crashes again… please fix as this is actually making me turn the game off an leave it.. come back later same problems the fc 25 logo just buffers… just completed the Man Utd Arsenal SBC and had a blank screen for 20 mins… it’s like it knows it wants to crash but takes forever to crash
issue with my UT
Hi, Every time I'm opening packs or building SBCs, I constantly get a nonstop loading at the bottom without moving to the next stage, making me have to close the game and go back in. I deleted the game and redownloaded it, also deleting all the saved data that I had, hoping to solve the problem, but alas, it didn't fix the issue. Can I get some help with the matter
Constant crashing can't connect to server as usual
Ever since you launched all the promotion crap for FC26, the game crashes constantly with the message, can't connect to server. 12 times it crashed yesterday and I've only been logged in for half an hour this morning & it's crashed 5 times. I'm just trying to do an SBC but it constantly crashes saying it can't connect to server, this game is bad for people's mental health, honestly it's ridiculous now. Sort your sh!t out will yaa ffs, awful awful experience yet again
quick sold recovery not working
On both the companion app and the web app, when i try to enter the quick sell recovery, i can't even access it. The error that pops up is: "An error occurred while trying to load the discarded items" I really need it to work since I quicksold futties lamine yamal and theres only 7 days to recover him
