Re: Extra time not working - "Sorry, something went wrong"
I am unable to open the extra time event since 29th June 2025 it shows the same thing again and again (something went wrong) I’ve been facing similar issues for a long time now missing content/packs/players etc. but whenever i try contacting the in-game customer service there’s never any suitable response for the issue they always try avoiding the issue saying the game isn’t in our control we cannot do anything and just rush to close the case! It’s just annoying! If you’re not capable of providing services please don’t even bother giving irrelevant information! I would adviseBeruthienAwesomePewPewEA_AgentXEA_BogdanMelciousbrandedrespawnEA_Guile any high profile staff from EA to either get in touch with whoever is incharge with dealing with customer issues or just replace the customer service team entirely cause the people in current team ain’t doing their job as they should!
