Fc 25 crash on launch even after clean install

Could you share a DxDiag with me? Hopefully I can find out what's causing your issue then. How long have you had this issue with both games?

Also, just to check: are you getting any errors when your game crashes? If so, what does it say?

Unfortunately, I can't attach a DxDiag file due to forum limitations, but I did analyze the crash dump using WinDbg.

The crash occurs inside the FC25_Trial.exe process with an Access Violation (c0000005) error at:
FC25_Trial!ANTICHEAT_VIRTUALIZE_CODEMARKER+0xa2b91c      
This typically points to memory corruption or anticheat-related protection errors. I've already tried:

Clean reinstall

Disabling antivirus (V3 completely removed)

Running in Windows 8 compatibility mode

Disabling overlays (EA, Steam, etc.)

Launching with launch options: -nologo -nomovie -windowed -noborder -dx11

Analyzing crash dumps (as above)

Despite all this, the game crashes 10–20 seconds into Career Mode, with no visible error message—just an instant exit to desktop.

This has happened with both FC 24 and now FC 25. I’d appreciate it if you could escalate this to the technical team.

If you're having issues with the anticheat, we have an article with some troubleshooting steps you can try. It might also be worth trying a reinstall of the anticheat by itself.

If you're still having issues, a DxDiag would be very helpful. You can be able to attach it the same way you did your crash file.
