FC 25 stuck on black screen after launch

Hello,
When I launch EA Sports FC 25, the game starts normally, but when the “EA Sports” intro appears, the screen turns black and the game freezes. It doesn’t continue from that point.
I have already tried the following steps:
Reinstalled the game
Updated my graphics drivers
Used the “Repair” option in EA App
Restarted my Pc
Unfortunately, none of these fixed the issue.
My system information:
Platform: PC (EA App / Steam)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6600
RAM: 16 GB
OS: Windows 10 / 11
