I have to report my case because it caused me a heavy coin loss.
Description:
While entering a bid on the webapp in transfer targets menu there is NO confirmation request about the bid to be made. (It is built into companion app, but not appears in webapp). It would be crutial to have this functionality as in the transfer target screen the cards and the bids refreshes automatically without any notification, changing the current highest bid and even the position of a certain card. For this reason the only chance to prevent an unintentional bid on a different card, or bid a card on unintented value would be to build this confirmation step into the bidding process. Currently if someone is bidding for coin transfer reasons or any other reason enters a higher price than acceptable I am going to lose 1,2 million coins within a second by simply clicking the bid button, which exactly happened to me yesterday. I think a don't have to emphasize the significance of this issue for me, who always plays by the book.... (please find attached the screenshot about the specific card)
As this issue caused me a heavy coin loss hereby I request a coin refund (no other refund or offer will be accapted) in the value of my coin spend, decreased with the highest price for the card sold on 13th March 2025.
