FC25 Season Pass EXP bug?

Recently, I have reached level 20 and have claimed the 4K EXP on the premium pass. However, I did not level up to 24 but instead stuck at level 20. From the video you can see, I have claimed all the rewards from level 21-24 but I’m still level 21 even after leveling up. I have tried to restart my PS5, deleted and reinstalled by game. It’s the same issue. This happened after the server maintenance recently.
