Finished Der Kaiser evo but not able to claim it

I have completed every level and objective for the Der Kaiser evolution using Van Dijk but it is stuck on completed and I am not able to claim the final evolution stage. I have exited ultimate team and restarted my console, but it is still stuck. I have even played an extra match to complete the last of the two objectives again in case the previous match didn’t register, and nothing has worked.
