Game taking my money and not giving promised upgrade.

I recently did q Kylian Mbappé évolution, turning him to a 94 rated TOTS evolution, I knew about the path to follow where you put the card into TOTS+ or TOTS Recolour+, making them available for the TOTS upgrade evolution, making him 95.
I put Mbappe in the TOTS+ evolution, spending my hard earned coins on it, choosing to save my fifa points which I brought, claimed the cosmetic evolution on Mbappe to make him a proper TOTS card for the upgrade evolution. It claimed, it took my coins, but Mbappe has not gained a cosmetic change?? 

This is a diabolical bug, leading to a waste of my hard earned money.

I expect the evolution to be applied giving him the correct card cosmetic, or I will be very, very angry.
