goalkeeper bug in penalty shootout

i was playing ut champions and it went to penaltys, i saved a pen and my keeper ran after the ball and left the screen and the game just stood still with no keeper in goal and penalty shooter stood there watching. And if i leave i will get a loss and i was gonna win the game plus i cant complete the live objective to play 15 games of chams this weeknd so please ea fix this and give me compensation for this.
