I opened a pack 10 hours ago, the pack gave me a gold "loan pack" within that. I have tried to open numerous times on both app and console. It says problem with login services and logs me out without the pack being redeemed.
I cannot open any more packs or rewards as thus pack needs to be dealt with first.. Which I am unable to do!
Please try to solve this problem ASAP as I know I'll not be the first or last user with this problem.
If this is any help for EA. This pack which is giving me the problem come from an "objective reward" hope this helps and i'm granted with something back in return 😉
