Gold redeem pack error!

Every time I tried to open the Gold redeem pack, it kicked me out so I can’t buy or open any packs!

  • Platform: PS5 & app
  • PSN/Xbox Gamertag: McSteammyy
  • Name of the pack you opened: trying to redeem “card.desc.FreeGoldPack”
  • Name of the pack inside that got you stuck: can’t remember 
  • Did you buy the pack on the console or web app ? web app
  • Approximate timestamp: March 5th 2025 9.30 pm EST
