Got DCd out of champs

I played the full game of champs and when the game ended i got dcd out of champs and it shows that i disconnected, my network was working nicely . But the objective of play games in champs didnt increase now i cant get the best reward from champs 

i clipped the moment and showed that the objective didnt count. I have attached the clip
