Highlighter Replay Error Code:0x81960022 when saving

Based on the online search results, not many people have encountered this error code. Unfortunately, I am one of them. It's been five months since this post was made, but it seems that the official response still hasn't resolved the issue. My problem has also persisted for about five to six months.
