HTTP 404 error when loading game

The behaviour EA have shown is unacceptable. No communication with players who have been struggling for over a day. Live chat is booting people off their conversations as EA don’t seem to want to give us answers. All we want to do is play the game and the amount of time this issue is taking to be fixed is appalling
