HTTP 404 error when loading game

Whenever I try to connect to the ea servers on my account there is a text popping up saying “We can’t connect to the service you need right now. HTTP 404 error’. It’s not allowing me to go past this ...

Everyone i think the only way to sort it is going on a different xbox, i did it and now its working, might have to try again on my other to see if it may have fixed it
