Whenever I try to connect to the ea servers on my account there is a text popping up saying “We can’t connect to the service you need right now. HTTP 404 error’. It’s not allowing me to go past this point so I am unable to load my game up.
Can anyone please help with issue.

My friend has been having this issue since around the time this thread was created. The error only occurs with Madden 24 (other EA games such as FC 25 work completely fine). As it's been a few months since then, we decided to try it out last night and he was able to play for a solid 10 minutes. We made a connected franchise, I invited him and he was able to make his player and join the league. After I started the fantasy draft, he was disconnected half way through and had the 404 error occur. He has tried just about everything since it first began occurring (restarting console, reinstalling the game, etc.). Is there something he should do on his end combined with the "fix" that apparently has been made? The frustrating part is that Madden 24 is the only game my friends and I care to play as it is the last Madden game that allows for creating a player in the connected franchise mode. I would seriously appreciate some assistance with this, as the last time I got in contact with EA support, I was told that they were aware of the issue and were working on it (this was within the first week or two of this existing).

Today is July 4th 2025, This HTTP 404 Error is still happening. I can`t believe this has been going on since April and no one has fixed this issue!?!?!!? Trying to play Madden 24. All other games work, good connection. What is the problem????

This is still an issue for my friend with Madden 24, but his FC 25 works completely fine weirdly enough. Any update on this issue or steps to resolve it on our own?
