I did 99 rated leah williamson sbc,when I completed the sbc the game stopped,I restarted and when I entered the sbc page it showed 7/7 done but when I went to my club she wasn't there and all the players I used on sbcs are used for nothing in this case and I dont know what to do

You can go to the store, after you click there will be a message with something written like : ''You still have pending items..'' and there it will open the screen where you can send it to your club, or quick sell, or (not in this case) send it up for transfer
