I didnt get my 93+ Encore Icon Pick

I just completed the 93+ icon pick and after completing the icon pick i didn't get the pick i just got a message a consumable saying Academyslot296... either give the players back or give me the icon pick. This isn't fair. My game tag is viveeeeeeek, I play on ps5, this occurred around 19:20 est and my Gmail is [edit: email address removed]. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. It's things like this that make me reconsider reordering fc26. You guys don't fix the issue and even if you do it takes so long

I submitted all 10 squads for the SBCs for the 93+ Encore Icon Player Pick and I didn’t get the player pick. Instead, I got some EVO for 70+ Pace!!!!!!! Worst part is, the EVO isn’t showing up in the evolutions screen either…. I know the game is pretty much done for the year but come on EA! 😡😡😡😡

Same thing happend to me right now too wanted to get clear of fodder to get a fodder icon but didn't even get that

Just did mine and I got the same **bleep** **bleep**ing ridiculous mate 

I have done an 93 one of 4 icon player and i m very mad because i put there players from my teams and i didn t get anything just an green sign that looks like an evo sign and i can t find it anywhere please rezolve this

Happened with me too, no icon and not even the evolution in rewards !! Frustrating 

I make an icon pick and after i complete the icon pick instead of getting the pick i get an Evolution named "PACE 77+(96)" and after i claimed it i didnt get my pick and put all my fodder for nothing. Please EA fix the problem and give my Icon Pick back

i just completed it aswell to clear some fodder and hopefully pull someone nice i completed it on the web app and hopped on my xbox to open it there and all of a sudden i got and evo what do i do
