I got a pack name 'card.desc.FreeGoldPack' that I can't redeem because I keep getting this error in screenshot below.
This error appears on PC WEB companion APP, Mobile FC25 companion APP and in-game on Playstation 5.
Screenshots are taken on PC WEB companion APP.
On PC and Mobile APP when i click 'Ok' on error prompt I get automatically logged out.
My User Name In Game and Ea App Is : Naaaaanii
please fix this bug as early as possible
