I won a game in fut champs but it didn’t count as a win

I was on my 2nd game of fut champs when the opponent decides to leave because I am beating him 3-0 but when I go to check it says I only have 1 win when I. Have clearly won two games but it hasn’t counted please fix this Ea right away and give me my compensation PLEASE!
