Hello
My evo was active for 24hrs and then went inactive. I keep getting an error " an unexpected error" and I can't reactivate. I can't cancel the evo either. I have attempted to reactivate in the app, web and on ps5.
Please can you help.

I am having the same problem. I cannot reactivate, nor claim evolution. It was finished yesterday but I keep getting “unexpected error”. I hope this gets resolved as I planned on chaining this player with an evo that closes in 3 days.
