Incorrect/missing rewards after pass!

I bought the pass and claimed the rewards. However I haven’t received the correct rewards as after checking my club I haven’t been able to find Van de Beek from Level 25, or Gosens from Level 30. I also chose Pepe from the Lvl. 30 rewards but after reloading UT it shows I claimed Cuadrado?? 
Can someone in EA see this and fix the issue for me? I need to get the correct player from the pack as well as the others who aren’t even in my club!!! 500k was not quick to collect
