Losing decisive match in fut champions finals due to players not running

I was heading into my last fut champions finals game with the record of 12-2 which was my personal best of the year. It was ultimate tots (8/6/2025) so I was really hyped up for the game. But as soon as I kicked the ball first time I realized that I was going against a hacker and I could not sprint nor even jog with or without the ball. It really sucks as I was going for my best ever finish and now not only did I lose the rank 2 but also the chance of getting the fut champions finals objective getting done. Also I could not report the player as I was not able to see his player name. I have known this clitch has been arounf for the whole year so I am stunned and upset that it still has not been able to wiped out. I do hope justice will happen and this post will get noted and that player get banned and I get compensated.
