Lost 2.9 Million Coins Due to Companion App Lag – Requesting Refund

I am writing to report a serious issue I experienced with the EA FC 25 Companion App. I tried to list my player, Matuidi, on the transfer market, but due to heavy lag in the app, he was automatically listed for the minimum price of 50,000 coins, even though his actual market value was 2.9 million coins.

This was not caused by me — my internet connection was perfectly stable, and the app froze and lagged heavily. I had no control over the listing once the lag occurred. This issue has already happened to me once before earlier in the game, where I lost 100k coins, but this time the loss is massive.

It took me a long time to earn enough coins to afford Matuidi, and this loss is extremely frustrating and unfair. I kindly ask you to review this case and offer a refund, or at least compensation for the huge loss caused by your app's technical issue.
