Lost 25,000 Coins on Evolution – No Upgrade Applied

About a week and a half ago, I purchased an Evolution for 25,000 coins through the FC 25 Companion App. After confirming the Evolution and selecting my player, I lost the coins, but the Evolution didn’t apply and the upgrade disappeared. My player remained unchanged and the Evolution no longer shows in my account.

It happened again today. I didn’t receive anything and my credits are gone.

Please help me get either the Evolution or a refund.
