I was completing the 93+ icon player pick SBC i completed and submited all the squads except one (the 88 ovr team) i logged out the game and when i came back the SBC was no longer there and i lost all my progress and the players that were used to complete each squad. It used a lot of my players and they were high rated and i would want them back or have the icon player pick i worked hard to complete.

No i submitted them but i did not get the SBC reward. The SBC ressetted and i got nothing this is why i want my reward. I cost me a lot of high rated players in my squad and i got nothing

This is not something we can help with over the forums. You'll need to contact an advisor to have them look into it.

If it's been 24 hours without a response, submit a new case. Do not resume the existing one as that pulls it from the queue so an advisor won't be able to respond.
