Yeah, this has been reported before but reporting it again to get the attention of community managers and the report handlers, I guess.
I had been playing through a career mode save for a while and saved it in two slots. I closed the game after saving the career and exiting out. When I turned the game back on and tried to load my manager career saves, it said there were no saves. This had never happened before to me and I tried closing the game and starting it again and that didn't work. I also tried loading into Ultimate Team after checking the saves and seeing there were none and then exiting out of Ultimate Team in the hopes that the saves would then appear, but they didn't.
A support agent said he would be sending this over to the research team so hopefully this gets resolved.
