Massive bug in menu cant use the game

I am playing on pc, and when i get to the menu there is no options only the background. The game is responding, however when i press something the screen turns into flashing colors. This way the game...

Hey there. In this case, you can try making a copy and deleting the existing settings folder from this location C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 (App Data is usually a hidden folder so it can be changed from the View dropdown.) It is possible that the old one was damaged in some way. 

You may also need to delete the Personal Settings 1 profile when you launch the game.
