Matchmaking bug

Hello, this needs to be addressed as I'm currently not that great at the game that's why I'm in div 9 on rivals and I'm coming up Vs people in div 6 and upper that shouldn't be right like my mate was in 6 and he came across people in div 1-2 how is that fair this needs to be addressed asap as the new members won't be able to win games etc as these players are going to be much better and in there case they will have easy wins. Please fix this asap.
