I completed an objective on UT called ‘Spin Doctor’. The reward for this objective was a 5 star skill move and weak foot evolution. I claimed the reward and redeemed the evolution like normal. When I went into evolutions ready to evolve, the recently redeemed Evo was missing and nowhere to be seen. This occurred whilst I was having intermittent issues with the EA servers.

It happened to me too. I raised a report and they made me explain the same thing several times. No fix yet.
