My club home kit was deleted from EA Clubs and now i can't do anything

I can't change the kit, i can't play clubs games, i can't give another player the manager role and i can't leave the club. 

In conclusion Im stuck y can't play ea clubs anymore becase in all this scenarios the game crashes
