Newly packed Futtie caused game crash and deleted card

Approx 8:35PM EST I opened a pack containing the 99 Lamine Yamal Futtie. I added him to my squad and initiated a game of Champs. The game froze and crashed kicking me out to desktop. When I reloaded the game the Lamine Yamal was gone and it made me open the pack again only this time containing the 98 James Futtie instead. This is extremely frustrating as I had been grinding for days trying to pack that Lamine Yamal card only to lose it to a bug when I try to play him. Any possible fix for this or indication of what caused it?
