No become immortal for me

needed to play 5 games of champs to unlock the evolution for the become immortal player- I played 5 then realised only 4 counted - fut champs opens at 7pm tommorow and the evolution expires at 6pm UK tommorow meaning I won’t have time to get the evolution meaning I can’t complete the become immortal- I’ve sent a case through live chat - if this is not resolved I’ve made a vow to never spend a penny on this game and leave the game forever - it’s a joke
