Have you given the new hotfix driver a shot, if that indeed fixes the issues?
It is unbelievable that the team you reported to did nothing and the problem is still ongoing 2 months later.
I thank you for doing your Job, but you need to file a complaint because the folks handling the technical issue need to be held accountable.
