Ongoing Issues on FC25 – Stuck SBCs, Match Disconnects, and Lost Rewards

I'm reaching out to report several recurring issues I'm experiencing on FC25, which are seriously affecting my gameplay.

1. Stuck SBC Rewards
   Every time I complete certain Squad Building Challenges, I don’t receive the reward packs. The SBCs specifically affected are:

• TOTS LALIGA Challenge 1
• TOTS RSL/MLS Challenge 1
  The packs remain stuck, as shown in the screenshots attached. This issue happens consistently and it’s not the first time I’ve encountered it.

1. Frequent In-Game Disconnects
   I often get disconnected during matches, which results in an automatic forfeit and causes me to lose my rewards unfairly. This is extremely frustrating and disrupts my competitive progress.
2. Unfair Reward Balance
   Across multiple FIFA titles, I’ve consistently noticed that the rewards I receive are significantly worse compared to my opponents, despite similar effort and performance. It feels unbalanced and demotivating.

I’ve also tried contacting you by email before, but I haven’t received any response. This lack of communication is unprofessional, especially considering how persistent these issues are.

Please acknowledge this message, help recover the missing reward packs, and provide a long-term fix for these bugs.
