When you completed the Foundation Objectives, can you make sure that you go to Objectives first to claim it?
Could you perhaps also confirm where exactly you're stuck trying to access the transfer market?
As in, already from the main menu screen where the transfer market hasn't unlocked? Or can you not load in?
Some screenshots could be helpful, if possible.

- Have you completed the Foundation Objectives: Ultimate Team Foundations and met the requirements?
