Player career mode SM and WF not upgrading

As the title says, whenever I upgrade my Skill Moves or Weak Foot in Player Career, they show as upgraded in the skill tree, however when I go to the squad hub they arent upgraded, same thing in-game where I can't perform skill moves above 3 stars.

Already tried uninstalling, resetting my skill tree, changing position, appearance, etc. Does not work.
