Hey RaZiYT Does it happen only with that specific item? Is it the same in the game? Have you already tried to restart the app?

i havent tried it in the game since i cant right now but when i restart the app the issue persists

Same for me, and it's only on the app. You can't even find her by searching her name because it is not listed as an option.

Please check if you can interact with the player item—such as moving it to your squad or quick selling it, etc. Just to check if the item is stuck due to the error.

Thank you EA_Pulsar I am able to perform all normal actions with this item both in game and on the app, the lack of name and player bio on the app seems to be the only issue. I haven't tried quick selling, as I only have the one in my squad.
