I run to the ball with my player and when I’m about to get to the ball he slowing down like he hitting the brakes and it’s happening every single game.
I'm playing on ps5 the player with 99 energy he is not tired but if the opponent player need to get to the ball even if he got no energy he is flying.
I have seen the exact same thing. Player with 100% sprints then slows down to ridiculous pace while opponents catches up and takes ball.
Same in penalty area, player somehow becomes brain-dead and cannot reach ball.
Same when ball is heading out behind , player could normally run to prevent corner or goal kick but slows like they hit a wall.
Very frustrating. If this is programming on purpose, very unfair. If it's a bug, fix it with priority.
Platform Nintendo switch.
